The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day warehouse operations. This leader ensures productivity, safety, accuracy, and service-level expectations are consistently achieved. The role includes supervision of warehouse associates, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, high‑performance work environment. We have 1st Shift and 2nd Shift Supervisors roles open.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee all warehouse functions, including receiving, picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, and inventory control.

  • Assign labor and manage workflow to meet daily production goals.

  • Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions when needed.

Team Supervision & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates.

  • Conduct shift huddles, assign daily tasks, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Manage attendance, performance feedback, coaching, and corrective action processes.

Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety programs.

  • Conduct regular safety audits, ensure proper equipment use, and promote a strong safety culture.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality expectations, and operational standards.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Support implementation of operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts.

Communication & Reporting

  • Maintain clear communication across shifts, departments, and leadership teams.

  • Prepare and deliver shift reports, performance updates, and escalate issues as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including HR, Maintenance, and Training.

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency with WMS systems and basic computer applications (Word, Excel, email).

  • Ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Preferred

  • Experience in high‑volume distribution or e‑commerce fulfillment.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Work in varying warehouse conditions (temperature, noise levels, etc.).

Pay Details: $66,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
