Core Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and order pickers to load, unload, and store tires and automotive parts in a fast-paced warehouse.
  • Use scanners to locate stock, put product away, and support cycle counts and inventory control.
  • Work at height on racking that can reach about 25 feet, following all safety protocols.
  • Lift 50 lbs repeatedly; occasionally lift up to 80 lbs. Use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
  • Apply up to 40 lbs of pushing force when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
  • Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
  • Demonstrate a strong safety mindset and adherence to established procedures.
  • Assist eCommerce, inventory, and will call teams as operational needs shift.

Safety, PPE, and Work Environment

  • PPE: Steel/composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and SRL. U.S. AutoForce supplies all PPE except steel/composite toe boots. Follow manufacturer and company guidance for compliant PPE use.
  • Physical readiness: Meet visual, auditory, physical, and mental standards to operate equipment safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Environment: Moderate noise; exposure to current weather conditions; fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants may be present.
