As a The Champion Therapy Center therapist our focus is to help individuals heal, become inspired, and aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by listening to your concerns, customizing a treatment plan, and being a part of your support team. We offer Telehealth, Group Therapy, and individualized treatment to children, adults, couples, and families.
Education and Job experience:
· Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
· LCSW, CSW, LPCC, MFT & MFTA valid licensure in the state of Kentucky
· 1+ year experience as a therapist
· CPR and First Aid certified *
· CPI certified *
Job Requirements:
· Assess and develop treatment plans for each client
· Coordinate and provide care that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered
· Document daily for each patient
· Evaluating patients through conversations, interviews, and observations to determine the correct testing or examination
Developing a treatment plan that may include therapy, medication, or other services
Setting patient goals and discussing a treatment plan
Encouraging, supporting, and listening to patients
Helping patients discuss experiences and emotions
