Job Summary
A Whole New World Academy is seeking a warm, patient, and dedicated Lead/Assistant Teacher for our Two-Year-Old Classroom. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing, safe, and developmentally supportive environment while helping children build independence, social skills, and early academic readiness.
Teachers do not need to create their own lesson plans — we provide a well-organized, structured curriculum along with learning materials, activities, and support. The primary responsibility is to implement the curriculum, engage with students through play-based learning, communicate with families, and contribute positively to the classroom environment. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and creative.
If you have a passion for helping children learn and reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

• Communicate daily with parents regarding progress, behaviors, and milestones
• Follow center policies, licensing requirements, and classroom management expectations
