Position Summary:
Seeking an Officer who feels confident in conducting patrols of assigned properties during daytime hours to maintain a safe and secure environment. Monitors for suspicious activity, responds to incidents, enforces site policies, performs access control, and prepares detailed reports while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a visible security presence. 

Position Details:
Location: South Reno, NV
Employment Type: Full time or Part time
Licensing: PILB Work Card required 

Compensation:
Pay Rate: $19-$20 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee specific sites in accordance with their needs relayed on the post-orders.
- Write detailed and accurate reports using company technology or web/app-based software during each shift.
- Consistently arrive on time, adhere to clock-in/out procedures, follow dress code and appearance standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, fostering peaceful and professional interactions with clients, residents, and visitors.
- Maintain communication with Advanced Patrol Officer or Branch Patrol Supervisor to report pertinent customer or property related information promptly.
- Responsible for assigned vehicle cleanliness, fueling, and inspection during shift.
- Care for all Signal equipment issued during shifts including radios, access keys/cards, uniforms, and devices.
- Meet activity benchmarks and service quality standards set by Branch Patrol Supervisor.
- Effectively deescalate incidents through professional communication.
- Participate in Branch Supervisor Daily Scrum meetings and convey critical information to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from the site
- Ability to complete training modules within the first month
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to service, professionalism, and organizational values
- Ability to lift or move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds

- Visioning: Understand and embody company values and goals to provide peace of mind to clients.
- Strategic Planning: Efficiently complete patrol routes within allotted times.
- Financial Acumen: Manage time effectively to meet company benchmarks.
- Team Development: Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management; execute follow-ups.
- Project Management: Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and report maintenance needs as required.
