The Day Camp Specialist- Outdoor Education is responsible for creating and implementing high-quality outdoor programming at the Dover YMCA Outdoor Center camp and facilitating camp activities with the focus areas of:
Outdoor Education: activities that guide learning about the natural environment through outdoor education, nature exploration, crafts out of natural materials
Outdoor Living Skills: activities that explore outdoor living skills, including shelter building, fire safety, sling shot & archery, and outdoor cooking.
Specialists lead interactive activities fostering excitement and exploration of the natural world.

Rate of pay: $16.00 – $18.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as the skills, qualifications, and experience.
