The Day Camp Director oversees the overall planning, coordination, and daily operations of the day camp program, including supervision of staff, program implementation, safety oversight, and communication with families. This role provides leadership to ensure a safe, structured, and engaging environment while supporting staff development and maintaining compliance with departmental policies and child safety standards. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide leadership and supervision for all day camp operations to ensure overall program success, participant safety, and a positive camp environment.
