Alliance Industrial is proud to partner with a Food Manufacturing company that has been a Cuyahoga Falls staple for over 35 years. You will play an instrumental role in the manufacturing of baked goods.

Pay Rate: $14-$18/hr depending on position and shift (see below for details)
Shift Hours:
6:00am - 6:00pm
8:00am - 8:00pm
7:30pm - 5:30am


Food Production Associates Requirements
Pay Rate $14-$16/hr
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Quality control and Inspection
  • Packaging of items in plastic containers
  • Working in a close environment with other staff members
  • Ability to stand for the duration of their shift
  • Heavy lifting may be required

Mixing Associates Requirements 
Pay Rate - $17-$18
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • Must be able to add volume (quarts, cups) and weight (pounds, ounces)
  • Follows standard operating procedures to scale appropriate ingredient needs as dictated by the recipe
  • Perform pre-operational and post-operational checks of area
  • Tracks ingredient lot/batch codes
  • Examines materials or products for foreign objects and/or defects
    Rejects defective products, tracks and marks defective product

Job Essentials
  • Must have the ability to read and follow instructions and recipes.
  • Must be able to troubleshoot problems and work well in a team environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Must be able to communicate issues with team leader
  • Must achieve certification/proficiency on all equipment:
  • Pallet jack, scale, bowl lifts, kettles, pumps
  • Each position has expectations to set up portions or all of the line, changeover cleaning, maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift, and end of shift cleaning.
