 JOB SUMMARY: 
The Database Supervisor is an on-site position responsible for overseeing the daily operations, integrity, and strategic utilization of the casino marketing database. This role supports revenue growth through accurate player tracking, database segmentation, campaign execution, reporting analytics, and direct supervision of database marketing team members. The Database Supervisor works closely with Marketing, Player Development, Finance, IT, and Gaming Operations to ensure player data is maintained accurately and utilized effectively to enhance guest engagement, retention, and profitability. This position plays a key role in analyzing gaming trends, managing promotional data, supporting reinvestment strategies, and ensuring compliance with all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies. 

JOB DUTIES: 
• Supervise and oversee daily operations of the database marketing team. 
• Monitor the integrity and accuracy of casino player data within the casino management system. 
• Assist with development, execution and approval of all direct and digital mail programs. 
• Create and maintain player segmentation models based on gaming activity, worth, visitation, and demographics. 
• Generate reports and analytics related to revenue trends, guest behavior, campaign performance, player reinvestment, and database growth. 
• Coordinate promotional setup and verification within the casino management system. 
• Audit database records for accuracy and compliance. 
• Work collaboratively with Slot Operations, Table Games, Finance, IT, Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, and Player Development. 
• Train, coach, and evaluate database marketing staff. 
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive guest and company information. 
• Remain current on gaming industry trends, player development strategies, and database technologies.  
• Perform additional duties as assigned. 
• Directly supervises Database Specialist 
• Interviewing and training associates. 
• Planning and assigning work. 
• Performance evaluations and coaching. 
• Scheduling and approving time off.

• All patron information is considered proprietary and must remain confidential at all times; Information is the property WinnaVegas Casino Resort and the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. 
• The Database Supervisor is responsible for ensuring sensitive information is not visible, accessible, or disclosed to unauthorized individuals while performing their job duties. 
• Any breach of confidentiality may result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate termination of employment.

 EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 
• Associate’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred. 
• Minimum of 3–5 years of casino marketing or database experience preferred. 
• Prior supervisory experience preferred. 
• Experience with casino management systems preferred. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail. 
• Team-oriented leader with a guest-service mindset. 
• High level of integrity and professionalism. 
• Ability to interpret trends and make data-driven recommendations 

 CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT 
Work is performed in both office and casino environments with exposure to noise, smoke, and varying temperatures consistent with a gaming and hospitality operation. 
Must be able to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and/or certifications required by the Gaming Commission and the organization. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS 
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer. 
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to move throughout casino and office environments. 
Compensation: $20.67 - $34.86 per hour
