Applied Research Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Data Truther to support the development, characterization, and quality assurance of ground-truthed datasets used to train, test, and evaluate machine learning and automated target recognition (ATR) systems. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, organizing, annotating, and validating multi-modal sensor data—including Wide-Area Motion Imagery (WAMI), Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR), and Full-Motion Video (FMV)—to produce high-fidelity, well-documented "truth" data. You will also help establish repeatable truthing processes, mentor new team members, and source imagery and other data to meet evolving research requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong attention to detail, an understanding of imagery and sensor phenomenology, and a methodical approach to data labeling and documentation.
