Responsibilities:
The Data Systems Specialist will provide principals and school leadership teams with student and staff performance data, along with the tools and skills needed to use this data to effect improvements in teaching and learning.
Audit, analyze, and produce data reports for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
To keep our schools running smoothly, you will take the lead on:
State Reporting Management
Data Auditing & Validation
Educator Evaluation End of Year Reporting
Staff Roster & Attendance Tracking
Course Schedule & Transcript Alignment
Data Standardization
SIF Integration & Error Resolution
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
End-of-Year Rollover & Graduate Reporting
Federal & Additional Compliance Reporting
Enrollment & Registration Support
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Superintendent or designee

This is a year-round, 12 month position
Public School employees of Massachusetts are required to submit their fingerprints to a National Criminal Database check. The check will require you to pay a fee of $55 if you hold an Educator's License, or $35 if you are an unlicensed employee. In addition to the national background check, a satifsfactory Massachusetts Criminal Record Check (CORI) is required.
