The vision is to build an easy-to-understand, easy-to-use, and powerful Ads Platform.

Our Vertical Solutions team aims to build out creative ads solutions for key business verticals. With tailored formats, objectives and metrics, the products need quantitative expertise and insight to, continuously evolve and better advertisers' asks. Embedded within the product team, data scientists are responsible for setting product goals in the right direction; driving growth on business partners; designing experiments and frameworks to identify opportunities and risks.

In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with amazing XFN teams to work on solutions for a variety of business verticals.
  • Develop comprehensive product metrics and quantitative measurement structure based on product stages and business purposes.
  • Design and deep dive experimentation to validate hypothesis and drive product improvements with XFN teams.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to optimize overall product adoption and performance driven growth. Research customer journey and fulfill experience gap.
  • Work with data scientists across the organization to up level data-driven strategies.Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years industry experience and advanced degree in quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics) or equivalent practical experience
  • Deep knowledge of experiment design and causal inference, strong analytical and reasoning mindset. Experience with ads system is a plus but not required.
  • Fluency in core set of Data Science
  • SQL/Hive, R/Python
  • ETL
  • Developing funnels & decomposing metrics variation
  • Implementing visualizations, dashboards, and reports
  • Demonstrated track record of product leadership and ability to lead and influence teams.
  • Proven ability to succeed in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
