Numerator is seeking a Data Scientist to join our growing Data team, working on an established platform that processes massive amounts of proprietary data. This high-impact role centers on supporting and improving our calibration system - a core component that ensures our data outputs are accurate, consistent, and representative of real-world behavior.

How You'll Spend Your Time
Contribute to the development and improvement of data science systems, with a focus on calibration methodologies and workflows
Investigate and analyze data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
Build and enhance metrics, reporting, and monitoring to better understand system performance
Collaborate across Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions
Support integration and validation of new data sources and system changes
Execute on projects involving data analysis and statistical methods
Communicate results, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders
What You''ll Bring to Numerator
BS or advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or another quantitative field
2-5 years of industry experience in a data science or analytics role
Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Python
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with large and complex datasets
Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience with AI skills and process-building is a plus; interest in building with these tools a must
