Description
Required Skills (Must-Have)

GenAI / LLM Application Development
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying GenAI solutions in production environments
- Strong understanding of prompt design, evaluation techniques, and LLM performance tradeoffs
Production Machine Learning Engineering
- Proven experience shipping and maintaining production-grade ML systems
- Strong Python expertise with clean, testable, and reviewable code
- Experience working within standard SDLC practices (version control, CI/CD, code reviews)
Traditional Machine Learning & Statistical Foundations
- Strong grounding in supervised and unsupervised learning methods
- Ability to select and apply appropriate algorithms to real-world business problems
Cross-Functional Delivery
- Experience working closely with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a team-based environment

Preferred Skills

Experience processing and analyzing complex or unstructured data (e.G., documents, images, multimodal inputs)
Familiarity with common ML and GenAI frameworks (e.G., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)
Experience applying ML/AI solutions in a business or retail context

Nice-to-Have

Experience with multi-modal RAG architecture
Background in image processing or computer vision applications
