Location: Pittsburgh, PA Pay: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are hiring a Triage Analyst to support Autonomy and Operations teams by reviewing, annotating, and categorizing events from real-world driving and simulation. This role focuses on analyzing AV data using visualization tools and applying detailed policy guidelines to ensure accurate classification and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Autonomy and Operations teams to review events of interest
Annotate events with contextual information following Triage Policy and Guidelines
Categorize events by issue type and priority using visualization tools
Review video, textual, and numerical data to assess AV performance
Process detailed guideline documentation and apply it accurately
Assemble and present performance reports using triage data
Work across internal tools and systems for event review and tracking
Communicate findings clearly and effectively with cross-functional teams
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret detailed guidelines
Experience working in a team-based operational environment
Experience working with data to generate reports (quantitative and qualitative)
Strong communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly
Proficiency with G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or similar tools
Experience with 2D/3D visualization tools preferred
Experience in AV, robotics, or annotation/labeling roles preferred
