Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Carolinas (BBBSCC) is looking for a Data & Research Manager to join our team in our Charlotte, NC office.
The Data & Research Manager is the primary manager of the organization CRM system and is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and strategic use of the organization’s donor database. This role is critical to maintaining strong donor relationships, supporting fundraising and stewardship efforts, and enabling data-informed decision-making across the organization. This position will report to the Vice President of Development.
