Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking a **Punjabi-speaking Data Quality Analyst** to support multilingual data quality initiatives. In this analytical role, you'll review, annotate, and evaluate language data while helping drive quality improvements across global products. This position blends hands-on data work with a **coaching and feedback component** , making it a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about improving quality at scale. **Job Title:** Data Quality Analyst - Punjabi Language Specialist **Duration:** 6-Month Contract **Pay Rate:** $27/hour **Location:** Hybrid (Redmond, WA; Burlingame, CA; Austin, TX; or New York, NY) **Schedule:** Monday/Friday remote; Tuesday-Thursday onsite **Hours:** 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST **What You'll Do** + Review, label, and annotate Punjabi-language data following established guidelines + Conduct quality assurance audits on collected data to ensure accuracy and consistency + Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in data quality + Develop and refine guidelines for data collection and evaluation + Create reports summarizing findings, insights, and quality trends + Provide structured feedback and coaching to contributors to improve overall quality + Assist with training efforts and support ongoing knowledge-sharing across teams **What We're Looking For** + Native or near-native fluency in Punjabi (written and spoken) + Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently + Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively + Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially spreadsheets, formulas, and data tracking) + Experience with data review, QA, or annotation is a plus + High school diploma or equivalent required **Work Environment** + Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday), 2 days remote (Monday/Friday) + Collaborative team environment with regular review sessions and cross-language knowledge sharing **What's in It for You** + Opportunity to work on large-scale, multilingual data quality initiatives + Experience in quality assurance, data analysis, and language-focused workflows + Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment + Potential for contract extension based on performance **Benefits (upon eligibility):** + Medical, dental, and vision insurance + Health savings and flexible spending accounts + 401(k) with company match + Paid time off + Weekly pay If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
