Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Production Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end data production process, ensuring the seamless collection, transformation, and delivery of high-quality data assets. Your expertise in data management tools, project coordination, and analytical skills will drive efficiency and accuracy in our data workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead data initiatives that support our global information services.

Duties

• Receiving, inventorying, and packaging materials from customers, libraries, publishers, and vendors.
• Receiving file transfers from customers, libraries, publishers, and vendors.
• Attending daily meetings with relevant project, program, and portfolio managers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business, or equivalent, preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in information services, digital production, preservation or digital conversion services, preferred
• Microsoft Office, Excel experience, a must

Pay

$20.90 - $27.17 per hour
