Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Input, update, and manage data in various company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Use MS Office tools, particularly MS Word and MS Excel, to manage and analyze data.
  • Prepare and generate data reports, presenting them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to understand the data requirements for each case and provide necessary support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data management systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and resolve any data discrepancies and ensure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure all data practices are in compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation and manuals related to data management.
  • Participate in meetings, providing data-related insights and recommendations.
  • Provide data processing support to all departments and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data processing role, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, and MS Excel is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in data management, computer science, or a related field is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of data privacy laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • High degree of professionalism and a strong work ethic.
