COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour
• Schedule: Approximately 36 hours per week, Monday–Thursday (8–9 hours per day)
• Employment Type: Contract / Temporary
• Expected Start Date: Around July 7, 2026
• Assignment Length: Through mid-December
ROLE IMPACT
Support a fast-paced Group Underwriting operation by ensuring accurate processing, validation, and management of high-volume data and documentation. This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring timely completion of underwriting-related workflows. Success is measured by accuracy, productivity, and the ability to consistently execute process-driven tasks within changing systems and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Transfer, reconcile, and validate data across multiple internal systems while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Submit processing jobs and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure data integrity and completeness.
• Manage, edit, organize, and manipulate PDF documents, including merging files, deleting pages, and restructuring document packages.
• Support high-volume underwriting and administrative workflows while adhering to established procedures and deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members through Microsoft Teams and adapt to evolving systems and business processes.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional experience using Microsoft Excel in a business environment.
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated success performing structured, repetitive tasks accurately.
