Description
- Provide legal counsel on data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity matters to a diverse client base.
- Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and international data privacy regulations.
- Draft and review privacy policies, data-sharing agreements, and other legal documents.
- Assist clients in responding to data breaches, including regulatory reporting and mitigation strategies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address cybersecurity risks and implement compliance programs.
- Monitor changes in privacy laws and regulations, providing updates and guidance to clients as needed.
- Represent clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement actions related to data privacy and cybersecurity.
- Deliver training and workshops on privacy and cybersecurity legal issues.

A successful candidate should have:
