POSITION OVERVIEW
The Data Platform & Analytics Manager will lead RED RHINO's enterprise data strategy and analytics function, owning a Microsoft-based data and analytics platform, and medallion architecture to enable rich reporting, analytics and AI capabilities across the business. This role combines hands-on technical leadership, business intelligence, stakeholder partnership, and the opportunity to build and lead a future analytics team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead migration to Microsoft Fabric and modernize the enterprise data platform.
- Design and maintain data pipelines, reporting systems, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Establish data governance, security, quality, and accessibility standards.
- Partner with business leaders to turn operational needs into actionable insights.
- Support AI initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and leadership teams.
- Build and eventually lead a growing analytics and BI team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data platforms, or related fields.
- Strong experience with Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and modern data technologies.
- Deep understanding of data architecture, modeling, governance, and analytics best practices.
- Proven ability to lead enterprise data initiatives that drive business results.
- Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Experience building analytics functions or teams from the ground up is highly desirable.
