Basic Details:
Title: Data Migration & Software Integration Specialist
Location: PEMC, Georgetown, KY
Remote/On-site/Hybrid: On-site
Working hours: Standard, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST
Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension
Overtime: Yes, 20% during weekdays, weekends, shutdown, holidays and odd hours.
Travel: Yes
What percentage or how often: 20%
Where will they need to travel: Domestic only
Skills Required:
  • Must-have expertise in Power BI for data visualization and report building.
  • Proficient with SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Strong experience using Microsoft 365 suite (Office 365) and related MS tools.
  • Capable of preparing for and working with heavy data volumes.
  • Knowledgeable in selecting and applying appropriate methodologies for enterprise applications.
  • Able to develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Experienced in managing data migration and large-scale data cleanup (approximately 6–7 TB), including migrating data to multiple target systems.
  • Proven ability to guide a team of ~50 members through data migration and ongoing data management activities.
  • Focused on data migration and integration responsibilities; hands-on coding or software development is not required.
  • Skilled at enabling teams to adopt powerful data tools by organizing, cleansing, and optimizing overloaded datasets for effective use.

Our Client Production Engineering (PE) division's Plant Engineering (PLE) department is looking for a web application developer to work as part of an innovation and competitiveness team to build and support applications to improve efficiency and reduce lead time for the PLE department's team members.
Required Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge in developing web applications (Power Apps & Power BI).
  • Ability and desire to learn new technologies and support the continuous improvement of the team’s processes. (PEPS)
  • Proficient in the following: M365, SharePoint, Co-Pilot, Azure, Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
  • Must be prepared to show and/or discuss examples of previously developed systems/applications.
  • Experience developing AI tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Additional Beneficial Qualifications:
  • Experience working as part of a Scrum team
  • Experience building web applications using M365
  • Proficient in the following: Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud) and BIM Models
  • Automotive or other manufacturing/engineering industry experience
  • Constructions industry experience is a nice to have
