This part-time on-site position involves creating, updating, and coding records in the advancement database (Salesforce), preparing documents for scanning, processing mail, researching contact information, and assisting with data cleaning and special projects.
It begins approximately two weeks after offer acceptance and continues until graduation.
Applicants must work a minimum of 12 hours weekly, with flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and up to 40 hours during breaks and summers.
Qualifications include being a currently enrolled student (minimum 12 credit hours), attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred. One year of related experience is preferred.
