This position involves creating, updating, and coding records in the advancement database (Salesforce), preparing documents for scanning, processing returned mail, researching contact information, and assisting with data cleaning and special projects.
The start date is approximately two weeks after offer acceptance, continuing until graduation. The role requires a minimum of 12 hours per week, with flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, and potential for up to 40 hours during breaks and summer.
Qualifications include being a currently enrolled university student (minimum 12 credit hours), with attention to detail, good organizational skills, and preferred experience in data entry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is also preferred.
