Data Linkage Contract Lead

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned, mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Contract Lead to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This position

Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to:

·       Lead execution of complex data linkage processes across multiple datasets

·       Ensure linkage quality, accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with governance requirements

·       Oversee preparation of linkage documentation, metadata, and quality assessments

·       Guide implementation of data masking and privacy-preserving linkage processes

·       Support distribution of linked datasets via secure, role-based access-controlled environments

·       Provide technical guidance to users and stakeholders regarding linkage methodologies

Required Skills

·       Expertise in working with large, complex datasets and multi-way linkages

·       Knowledge of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) data and linkage methodologies

·       Strong statistical analysis and data processing skills

·       Familiarity with data security, privacy, and governance requirements

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Experience and Skills:

·       Experience implementing privacy-preserving record linkage (PPRL) techniques

·       Experience supporting linkage reproducibility and automation readiness

·       Experience preparing public-facing documentation of technical methodologies

·       Experience supporting data governance and stewardship programs

·       Certified Data Scientist / Analytics Certifications (CAP, DASCA), GIAC or SANS data/security certifications, CDMP (Data Management), Healthcare data certifications, Cloud/Data Engineering certifications

required Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Research, Social Sciences, Economics, Behavioral Science, or related field

·       At least 5 years of experience leading tasks on similar data-intensive projects of similar scope and size

·       Experience performing multi-source data linkage and integration

·       Experience working with federal or healthcare datasets

·       Strong technical background across statistical analysis, technologies, network devices, hardware and software

·       Professional certifications commensurate with duties
