We are seeking a seasoned Data Lead / Senior Data Engineer to join our team as a technical anchor for a data platform. In this role, you won''t just be building pipelines; you'll be the bridge between complex business requirements and scalable technical reality.

- Agile Leadership: Own the project lifecycle within JIRA, from sprint planning and task breakdown to maintaining rigorous design documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Project Manager and Data Engineering Team Leads to translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements and identify potential project risks early.
- Technical Mentorship: Act as a lead for the development team, providing technical guidance, conducting thorough code reviews, and helping peer developers digest complex requirements.
- Operational Excellence: Support the Data Operations/Production Support teams in troubleshooting critical issues and ensuring high system uptime.
