Commercial Loans, Corporate Policies, Data Quality, Loan Closing, Loan Documents, Loan Review, Performance Metrics, Quality Control, Regulatory Requirements, Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review and validate loan documentation and ensure commercial loan closing packages are complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Use checklists to verify data fields based on loan type; identify and classify errors (critical vs. non-critical) impacting accuracy or internal consistency.
- Document and resolve discrepancies by recording errors and routing to booking team for correction; report missing or inconsistent documentation for timely resolution.
- Partner with Quality Control and Booking teams to address issues and maintain alignment with procedures and standards.
- Update loan logs and reports accurately; transfer completed packages to Imaging for archival per established workflows.
- Adhere to SLAs, KPIs, and all bank policies; assist with audits and quality control reviews.
