Job TitleJob Description Required Education • High School Diploma or equivalent Required Skills and Experience • Data entry experience in a healthcare, insurance, administrative, or customer service environment • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to review documents for completeness and compliance • Experience maintaining electronic and/or paper records • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications • Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills • Healthcare enrollment experience • Appeals and grievances processing experience • Health insurance or managed care experience • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations • Experience working with CMS guidelines • Healthcare administrative support experience Job Duties • Gather and accurately enter patient and plan member information into healthcare enrollment and grievance tracking systems. • Organize, maintain, and review physical and electronic records and forms. • Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy. • Process incoming appeals and grievance requests. • Track and maintain enrollment and grievance documentation. • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal procedures. • Maintain confidentiality of patient and member information. • Support reporting, tracking, and administrative activities related to enrollment and grievance processes. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies. • Perform general administrative and data management functions.
