As a senior or lead data governance steward in the Commercial Lines organization, you'll manage data quality issues and support our analyst community. You'll ensure project teams keep data requirements top of mind when implementing new system enhancements. In this role, you'll help our business area view data as an asset and engage with key collaborators at all levels to ensure our data meets analytic needs and advances our business agenda.

Remote work allowed.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience

Preferred skills

  • Data governance experience in the financial or insurance field.
  • Experience using a data management tool such as Ataccama. Informatica, or Collibra.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing, querying, and analytics in a complex data environment.
  • Strong collaboration and customer advocacy skills.

Compensation

  • $81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
