Job Description:

Data Entry Specialist

Location: Greenville, North Carolina (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking administrative professionals to support the launch of a new claims payment system for healthcare providers. This role is critical to ensuring the timely and accurate manual entry of provider accounts and supporting provider access to the platform. This is a junior-level position for a 6-month duration with a high likelihood of extension.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter a minimum of 45 provider accounts per day into the system.
  • Maintain a clear and organized log of all entries and communications.
  • Communicate with healthcare providers to gather missing information or troubleshoot access issues.
  • Assist providers with credentialing, password resets, and system navigation.
  • Use tools such as Microsoft Suite and a case/ticketing system to manage and track work.
  • Follow a defined sequence of tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues as needed.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • Proven administrative background with data entry experience.
  • Ability to follow structured workflows with attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Skills:

  • Written and verbal communication skills, primarily through email and messaging platforms.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with account provisioning, such as creating usernames and passwords.
  • Experience with ticketing or case management systems.
