Position Overview:
The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company's database. This includes maintaining and updating client information, property listings, and other relevant data. The successful candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update client and property information in the company's database
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
