Our location in Kansas City, Missouri, has an opportunity for a Data Entry Representative. Data Entry Representatives are responsible for accurately entering, validating, and maintaining data across systems while ensuring the timely processing of information.
This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage high volumes of data. Representatives will collaborate with internal teams and may communicate with clients or vendors to resolve discrepancies or gather missing information.

Mon - Fri
7:00 am-3:00 PM
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems and databases
Review and verify source documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, or data errors
Track and monitor data entry requests to ensure timely completion
Follow standardized procedures for data processing and documentation
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Communicate with internal teams, clients, or vendors to obtain or clarify required information
Perform quality checks and audits to ensure data integrity
Generate reports or summaries as needed based on entered data
Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a high-volume environment
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Previous data entry, admin, or customer service experience
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry/typing skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle high-volume work

The base pay for this position is
$18.30 – $36.60/hourIn specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
