Job Title: Data Entry Job Location: Parma, OH (Onsite with Free parking) Job Duration: 3 Months Shift - Wednesday-Sunday 10am-6pm Job Description: Candidate Requirements Typing test required (45 WPM or better, no errors preferred) Must have data entry skills: 10,000 key strokes minimum Experience with 10-key (must be noted on resume) High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of related work experience Familiarity with personal computers Basic keyboard and ten-key skills Excellent written and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Detail-oriented Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive relationships Excellent customer service skills Responsibilities Perform accurate high-speed data entry (15,000 KS per hour) of hardcopy documents into Data Entry Software Validate and correct automated document classification exceptions Validate and correct automated extracted data exceptions (low confidence level) Validate and correct automated redacted data exceptions (low confidence level) Manually enter meta-data index information from digital documents Analyze digital checks and related documentation for accuracy (payee, date, signature) Generate Check Return Letters when necessary Validate automatically extracted check CAR/LAR amounts and make corrections Ensure fiscal control of check batches Research and analyze check distributions as required by customer Compare hardcopy documents to digitally converted versions for quality control Meet deadlines by maintaining steady pace and accuracy Achieve productivity and accuracy standards set by BSS BPO manager Complete paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner (English required) Adapt to changing situations and remain flexible Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and production standards Other duties as assigned Interview Process Manager reviews resumes and selects candidates for onsite interviews Candidates must take typing test in person Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
