Data Entry & Order Coordinator
What You'll Do:
- Review supplier invoices and enter them into the ERP system.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry while proactively communicating any discrepancies with the Procurement team.
- Enter material sales orders into the ERP system and maintain accurate order data.
- Coordinate order fulfillment with the Planning, Warehouse, Logistics and Customer teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ERP system.
What We are Looking For:
- Previous experience working with ERP or other data management systems is preferred.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good written English skills.
- Ability and willingness to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Secondary education or higher (final-year students are also welcome to apply).
