A well-established client in Columbia, SC is looking to add a Data Entry Operator/Customer Service Representative to their team. The ideal candidate is a reliable, dependable, and comfortable taking on large team projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of referral and input them into the online system
- Provide excellent customer service to the public and to the internal customer by working effectively with office staff
- Demonstrate positive, cooperative and professional relationships and customer service with staff, co-workers, customers, providers, administrators, the public, and all stakeholders
- Process a minimum average of 25 referrals per day
Qualifications:- Must maintain a professional attitude and standards at all times
- Must maintain a familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet browsers
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Must be able to handle and prioritize many tasks simultaneously
- Must be detail oriented and be able to take initiative
Compensation & Benefits:- Weekly pay during contract period with FGP
- $15/hour
- Monday - Friday schedule, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Ability to earn a Hybrid schedule after 6 months
