Location: Richland Hills, TX

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday

• Accurately and efficiently enter data into company systems and databases
• Maintain, update, and organize records to ensure information remains current and accessible
• Review, verify, and audit data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting productivity and accuracy standards
• Work independently to complete assignments promptly
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
• Support team operations in a fast-paced office environment
• Previous data entry, administrative, or office support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software, including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated work ethic
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
