Jonesbororealtycompany is a well-established real estate company based in Jonesboro, offering a wide range of services to clients in the local area. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk on a full-time basis.
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our company's database. This will include various types of information such as client details, property information, and financial data. You will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data, ensuring that all information is entered in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and update data into the company's database
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all information entered
- Review and verify data for any errors or discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Real estate industry experience is a plus
