Data Entry Clerk - Direct Hire
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to play a key role in a fast-paced production environment? We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our team on 1st shift in Monticello, Wisconsin. This is a direct hire opportunity, meaning you’ll be a permanent part of the team from day one.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour

What You’ll Do:
Accurately compile and enter data to support order processing
Review daily paperwork for accuracy and completeness
File and maintain organized records of production documentation
Troubleshoot and correct paperwork discrepancies as they arise
Participate in inventory tracking and cycle counts
Learn production-related procedures, including weighing and issuing finished pallets
Provide support to the production team as needed
Serve as a positive example in safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
What You Bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
Comfort working with numbers, including more complex math calculations
Willingness to learn production processes and procedures
Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment
Compliance and Standards:
Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) across all plant operations
Adhere to HACCP plans, company policies, and procedures
Support SQF Level 3 compliance standards
