Data Entry Clerk

Position Details:
Duration: This is a 6 Month contract position
Hours: M-F 40 hrs. per week M-W in-office, Thurs/Fri work from home
Pay Rate Range: $18/hr.
What to Expect as a Data Entry Clerk:
Position Responsibilities:
Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting information from and for Music Queue sheets.
Responsible for entering the work copyright information onto the company's database.
Receiving queue sheets and working with the data; ENTRY LEVEL learning about film and tv copyright.
Identifying Universal Music publishing info, identifying songs on documents that they control and putting it into the system.
Working very closely with coordinators and team leads.
Other related duties as assigned.
Hybrid work environment.
Qualifications for Success:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
Advanced Excel skills (including formulas) preferred.
Strong analytical background.
Excellent organizational skills.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task.
Ability to learn quickly and work proactively.
Works well in a team environment essential.
