Basic knowledge of Case Management.Responsibilities: Accurately produce and modify enrolment forms, benefit highlight sheets, HartEnroll microsites, and premium worksheets. Process employee information and coverage selections for personalized enrolment forms, ensuring accuracy and security of PII. Maintain and manage work queue, interacting directly with business partners to consult on processes and deliverables. Contribute to the development of new or enhanced processes, materials, and offerings, participating in the implementation of approved ideas. Collaborate with team members and representatives from other departments to ensure customer expectations are met. Deliver consistently accurate and cost-effective materials for standard and non-standard enrolment requests.
