Our accounting department is growing!
We are looking for an individual wanting to learn and grow with our accounting department. Candidate must have good work ethic, a desire to learn, and good communication/computer skills. Accounting knowledge/experience is a plus, but not required. Positive attitude, however, is required.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Full accounting cycle for multiple types of properties
- Assist Accountanting firms, banks, and other financial professionals with producing and finalizing multiple monthly financial documents
- Communicate with Vendors, Residents, and Managers on a daily basis.
- Work in a professional and interactive corporate office
Qualifications
- Clear communication skills
- Positive attitude - Lots of laughter!
- Desire to learn new skills
- Good computer skills with a knowledge of accepted bookkeeping and spreadsheet practices
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties
- Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
- Dependable
- Knowledge of Property Management Programs is desired but not required
