Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of scalable data processing pipelines and AI-driven workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering, ETL development, and cloud-based data processing, along with hands-on exposure to AI/ML workflows. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that support analytics and enterprise AI initiatives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to ingest, transform, and deliver data across multiple systems.
  • Process and manage structured and unstructured data to support analytics and AI use cases.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams to integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing platforms.
  • Develop and enhance AI development workflows, including experimentation, evaluation, deployment, and operational support.
  • Prepare, validate, and engineer data for AI/ML model development.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, scalability, and performance across all data pipelines.
  • Automate data processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture, workflows, and implementation details.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or related technical roles.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting AI/ML development workflows, including data preparation, model lifecycle, or AI integration.
  • Strong programming experience with Python for ETL and data processing.
  • Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines in cloud or distributed environments.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML development workflows and best practices.
  • Experience handling large-scale datasets and performance optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with enterprise AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering workflows, or similar technologies.
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise data environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Data Science.
 
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Equivalent practical experience in Data Engineering or AI/ML workflows may be considered in lieu of a degree.
