Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, review, and input data related to customers, suppliers, and distribution centers, as the Data Coordinator
Enter and maintain customer and territory data across identified domains, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Analyze master data for inconsistencies and anomalies using independent sources to verify data entries via the Data Management Mailbox
Communicate with vendors, distribution centers, and customers to gather missing information and ensure comprehensive data accuracy
Manage and update supplier territory agreements to ensure compliance with distribution agreements and oversee necessary amendments
Utilize SQL queries in Snowflake for data validation checks and to produce insightful reports for data analysis
Design and maintain data quality reports using Power BI, conducting ongoing assessments to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of customer data
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and 0 to 1 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of specific experience
1 plus years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), data entry, data validation, or data quality domains
Preferred Education and Experience:
SQL Certification
Experience with EasyTerritory or comparable GIS software, Snowflake for data reporting, Power BI for validation and reporting, Stibo (STEP MDM), and working in a distribution/manufacturing environment, including the VIP system (Vermont Information Processing)
