Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 2 to join their dedicated team. As a Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 2, you will be an integral part of the Operations Department supporting the Data Center team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Data Center Technician - I&A Logistics Support 2

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: 18 Months on W2

Pay Range: $27 - $29/hr + Benefits & PTO

Day Shift A: 12-hrs (Sun-Wed) & (Sun-Tue)

What's the Job?

• Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume work activity or escalation-based situations.
• Coordinate, prepare, and execute incoming/outgoing deliveries, including purchase order receiving and rack movement activities.
• Ensure comprehensive physical inventory tracking and staging, performing cycle audits and data corrections.
• Handle material movement, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management according to standard processes.
• Perform destruction of data-bearing devices following documented procedures and runbooks.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, inventory management, retail, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Previous experience working in a data center environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
