Job Overview:
The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Service Engineer will ensure optimal performance and reliability of systems while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and end-users.
- Document service activities, including reports and updates to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product performance and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a service engineering or technical support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required for on-site support.

Pay Range: $36 - $41
