IDR is seeking a Data Center Service Delivery Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity with 90-95% travel. This role involves overseeing service delivery operations within a fast-paced technology environment, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction across all service streams. The company operates in the tech industry and is committed to operational excellence and service improvement.
Position Overview for the Service Delivery Manager:
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery operations, ensuring high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction across all service streams.
- Own and manage critical incidents, coordinating resolution efforts and leading stakeholder communication and post-incident reviews.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve service delivery processes, procedures, and operational methodologies.
- Analyze internal and third-party processes to identify optimization opportunities and drive service delivery efficiencies.
- Establish, monitor, and report on service KPIs, using performance data to identify trends, drive improvements, and meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to support project success, operational excellence, and alignment with company objectives.
Requirements for the Service Delivery Manager:
- 5+ years of experience supporting, managing, or delivering data center infrastructure projects, including data center buildouts, deployments, or operational environments.
- Experience in the technology and/or manufacturing industry.
- Preferred experience in the VAR / Integrator industry.
- Comfortable with 90-95% travel requirement.
