ASEET/AMEET certification or equivalent technical training preferred.
4+ years military technical experience OR 2+ years industry experience.
Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and test equipment.
Strong communication and time-management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and service software.
Valid driver's license required.
Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain UPS, PDU, power products, and battery systems (2–120 KVA).
Provide on-site and remote customer support.
Perform preventive and emergency maintenance.
Complete service reports, inventory tracking, and administrative documentation.
