Roles & Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead enterprise data modernization initiatives, define target-state architecture, and establish scalable data platforms supporting analytics, AI, governance, and business intelligence.
- The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AWS, Snowflake, Data Warehousing, Data Products, Data Governance, and Enterprise Data Architecture.
- This role will partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, solution architects, and leadership teams to drive enterprise-wide data strategy and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Data Strategy
- Define and maintain enterprise data architecture standards and principles.
- Develop current-state, transitional, and target-state data architecture roadmaps.
- Establish strategies for data modernization, cloud adoption, and platform consolidation.
- Drive enterprise data product adoption and reusable data asset frameworks.
Architecture & Design
- Design scalable cloud-native data platform architectures.
- Define data ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption patterns.
- Architect data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts.
- Establish reference architectures for analytics, AI, and operational reporting.
Data Governance & Quality
- Define enterprise data governance standards and best practices.
- Lead metadata, lineage, and data catalog initiatives.
- Establish data quality frameworks and governance controls.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work directly with business leaders to understand strategic data needs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data architecture solutions.
- Provide architecture guidance to engineering and delivery teams.
- Lead architecture reviews and technology evaluations.
