Role Description:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. • 5+ years in data analytics with at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity. • Expertise in SQL, data modeling, BI tools, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Strong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders. • Experience in data governance. • Experience in project and people management.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with EHR systems. • Experience working in Healthcare. • Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics. • Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
Core Responsibilities:
• Define and implement the data and analytics vision, roadmap, and strategy. • Manage a team of analysts, engineers, and BI specialists. • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards. • Design and maintain data architecture, warehousing solutions, and reporting systems.
